Shipping policy

At LIMAR, we strive to deliver your order as quickly and safely as possible.
All orders placed Monday to Friday before 2 PM (UK time) are shipped the same day. Orders placed after 2 PM, on weekends, or on bank holidays are dispatched the next working day.

We currently offer two delivery options within the UK:

  • Standard Delivery - via Royal Mail 48 Tracked, estimated delivery within 2 working days.

  • Express Delivery - via DPD Next Day, estimated delivery by the next working day.

For example:
If you place an order on Monday before 2 PM,
- Standard Delivery will arrive by Wednesday
- Express Delivery will arrive by Tuesday

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number by email so you can follow your delivery in real time.

For international orders, please contact us directly — we’ll be happy to arrange a shipment for you.

Shipping Costs

  • Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location and chosen shipping method.
  • We offer Free UK Shipping on orders over £150.
  • All orders below this threshold will display shipping options and costs at checkout -  including Royal Mail 48 Tracked and DPD Next Day.

Customs & Duties

  • International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and import fees. LIMAR is not responsible for any additional charges imposed by local authorities.
  • We recommend checking with your country’s customs office for further details.

Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with tracking details.
  • You can track your package directly through our website or the carrier’s tracking portal.

Lost or Delayed Shipments

  • If your order is delayed beyond the estimated delivery time, please contact our support team at olessya@limarofficial.com.
  • LIMAR is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered. If this occurs, please reach out to the carrier for assistance.
